Delivery time and pickup
When your order will be delivered, and when you can pick it up.
When will I receive my order?
Expected delivery time: Every working day, we process 100% of the orders received up to 5:00 PM. Packages are collected from us daily around 5:30 PM. We are therefore proud to say that 98% of the orders received are delivered to our customers the next day. Of course, it remains human work, and in 2% of orders the customer has to wait one extra day for their package.
- Netherlands: delivery Monday to Saturday
- Belgium: delivery Monday to Friday
Pickup:
Prefer to pick up in Zevenhuizen (South Holland)? That is possible from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Would you rather pick up outside these hours? Please contact our customer service to discuss the possibilities. We will have your package ready for you so you can get started right away.
Shipping costs:
For both the Netherlands and Belgium, we charge €4.95 in shipping costs. From €50 onwards, we charge no shipping costs.
