Cooling-off period/return
It can happen that you want to send back an order. Perhaps the product doesn't suit you after all, or maybe there's another reason why you no longer want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After cancelling, you have another 14 days to send the product back to us. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs of returning the item from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right, please contact us at info@schreuder-e-commerce.com, and we will send you a Withdrawal Form to fill in and return. We will then refund the amount owed within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided the product has been received back in good order.
Should the product be damaged, or the packaging damaged more than necessary to try out the product, we may charge you for this reduction in value of the product. Please handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returning it.
